Plaid and Tartan are back for 2019

I’ve got two words for this print: timeless yet trendy. No matter how you want to wear it, one thing is for sure, this classic trend is back this year. There are endless styling varieties known nowadays, so you better stick to the best ones in order to find the one and only look that will make you stand out from the crowd.

  • Jeans and sneakers or loafers
  • Black Trouser
  •  Black jean
  • With a dress
  • With a skirt

  • Lowers body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference;
  • Reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease;
  • Decreases the risk for stroke;
  • Lowers the risk for some types of cancer and decreases mortality rates in those who have cancer;

According to the Mayo Clinic who reviewed many studies that examined the impact of running on physical health, it was found that running as few as six miles each week offers numerous health benefits.

Now I’m determined to do it, and I want to do it before turning 50 years old this December.

This is How I started my training plan before I really start running

  • Monday: I did Body Pump, LesMills program, classes that some gym offer or you can do full body strength on the machines.
  • Wednesday: Cycling, Any cycling class is very good for cardio and also I found it very easy to follow at your own pace.
  • Friday: Yoga is very beneficial to strengthen the core muscles and to stretch, also I did 10 min of Meditation

Sharing my journey with you all, will give me the strength, push and motivation, knowing that you are there for me will keep me going.
