Sharing My Whitening Experience With Smile Brilliant

I totally agree with this quote! Smiling is free and we look beautiful when we smile.

Growing up, I had a healthy mouth, never needed braces or had cavities. I did not like candies or sodas so I guess that helped. And my teeth were perfectly white and straight.

But as I started University in Buenos Aires, Argentina, everybody drank Mate, especially when studying almost the whole night before a big test; you need that caffeine to be awake. Then my teeth started to get some yellowish stain, and every time I visit the dentist they ask me if I would like to get a whitening treatment. Of course, I would love to have a beautiful white smile again, but I did not like the price! Lol

Here I’m sharing with y’all how easy the process went down.

I answered a few questions about my dental history and a few days later I received the Smile Brilliant package, with a kit with very easy instructions on how to start. First, you will begin doing your own upper and lower teeth impressions for your customized trays. You will mail them back on the provided envelope. One week later your trays arrive and you are ready to roll.

This is how I did it because I have very sensitive teeth,

I started out using a desensitizing gel for 4 days before starting the whitening process. This hydrated my teeth before using the whitening gel. When I began to whiten.

I still used the desensitizing gel for 20 minutes before and then used the whitening gel for 45 minutes after and an additional 20 minutes of desensitizing gel because of my de-calcification.

I whitened my teeth every night before bed for a week and saw my smile becoming whiter with every use. I keep using it from time to time to give it a boost because I still drink my Mate every morning!

What I love the most is that I can do it at home whenever I have a chance, like when my new people magazine arrives, meanwhile I’m reading it, I take the time to do a boost to keep my teeth white for a perfect brilliant smile.
